Hello,

I felt led by the Lord to quit the InstantCast site. I did last week. Then this Monday one of my past directors of a play I was in last March called me. He wanted me to come audition for a part in an upcoming play here in Las Vegas.
 
I got there early. I thought I was only a half hour early, but I was actually there one and a half hour early. John Beane, my director friend and I chatted for a bit and he told me that the playwright was writing a modern version of Franz Kafka's 'The Metamorphosis'. Apparently he (the playwright/director/etc. Shawn Hackler ) had seen me in Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz's 'The Water Hen'.

When he was writing the modern version of it he thought of me for one of the main characters, the wacky father, Herr Samsa!
 

The playwright/director, Shawn Hackler, met with me, and told me that he was writing the part with me in mind. He had John Beane read sides with me, then a young lady auditioner did another read with me, and Shawn told me I had it, and he'd contact me regarding rehearsals! Got a call Wednesday evening confirming my part.
 

So that's what I'm up to. I wish Hollywood would do that with me for a movie! Then maybe I could afford to buy a house in today's market!!! LOL  :-)
 
I'm still working at the radio station, teaching class at CSB School Of Broadcasting, and putting a few miles on my Pegasus - mo'sickle.
 
Trying to edit a script for a children's audio book for doing Voice work on, but I am lazy at using the Microsoft Word editor. It really wears on my brain... ughhh!
