A Christmas Card for You

Hi,

This is Ed, and I suppose I am not so much a fan of all of the quote "ecards" coming to me in my email, however, I have heard of this artist before, Jacquie Lawson. Jacquie Lawson's creation is worth more than simple cost of time, and effort. One can tell it is a labor of Love. The cost is lost on the labor of love!

I sincerely appreciate my friend, Jeff, sending this to me. Jeff received it from his friend Robert, and I believe you will enjoy it as well.  I couldn't agree with his comment more.

"Yesterday, when I was leaving work, I was saddened by the fact that it seems as each year goes by Jesus gets more and more lost in the hustle and bustle, but also in the political correctness shuffle.  I considered how that made me feel.  Then I considered how that must make Him feel.  It's sad how often we fail to consider His feelings."

"During this time of year we are admonished not to say, "Merry Christmas" because we might offend a Jew, Muslim or other religious group affiliate.  Well, I've said this before and I will say it again: I'm thankful for Christmas.  It's the holiday that is supposed to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.  I'm thankful for His birth.  Without His birth and life we wouldn't have His death.  Without His death we wouldn't have a means of forgiveness for our sins.  Without His death we also wouldn't have His resurrection.  Without His resurrection we wouldn't have a means of eternal life with Him."

"With that being said, I'm going to shout out a big, "Happy birthday, Jesus!!!"   I'm also going to wish you all a very, Merry Christmas!!!"

"Check out the link below.  God bless you all."

Sometimes through the bustle in life we forget that we are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

Merry Christmas !
